Day to day support queries are often solved within minutes using this remote support service, helping to maximise your business productivity.
  • Support customers are given access to our online helpdesk software, offering information, FAQ's and fault reporting systems. This software is used to produce reports helping to highlight problem areas in need of further attention or perhaps training requirements.
  • Beyond this support we offer additional services including consultancy and development, within the scope of our support contracts we can provide assistance and advice covering all aspects of your systems and services.
  • Our support contracts are available on a pay-as-you-go no fix no fee basis or a fixed monthly charge with unlimited queries.
  • We offer support with all Microsoft products and services, Linux, Ubuntu, all networking equipment including Cisco, Netgear and HP, all PCs, PDAs, iPhone and Blackberry.
  • Our professional experienced support service is based in the UK, we do not have call centres we have trained engineers only. We do not have hold queues or automatic telephone systems.

  • Server Support £20.00 per month.
  • PC Support £15.00 per month.
  • Laptop Support £15.00 per month.
  • Router/Firewall Support £10.00 per month.
  • Printer Support £3.00 per month.
  • Network Switch / Wifi Support £3.00 per month.
  • Pro-active Site Support 247 server & network monitoring £100.00 per month.

'Pay as you go' - No Fix No Fee - Support Service charges - Feb 2009

  • Remote Support £35.00 per hour, minimum 30 mins.
  • On-Site Support £55.00 per hour, minimum 1 hour, then 30 min intervals.
  • Out of Hours On-Site Support £75.00 per hour, minimum 1 hour.
  • Out of Hours Remote Support £55.00 per hour, minimum 1 hour.
